I am passionate about technology, I enjoy learning about new IT topics, and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge in this area. I am a devoted father, I'm incredibly proud in my part in raising my daughter into a woman of character & strenth, and instilling in her the values of kindness and independence. In my free time, I enjoy Traveling and exploration, having lived in several American Cities as well as European and South American Countries., When Im not traveling, you can find me reading a book or computer screen. Riding my motorcycle or out on camping and hiking trips, I enjoy Cooking & grilling; as well as movies and various music genres, particularly Classical, Jazz, Blues and R&B.
Bio
Born and raised in Washington, DC. & New York City. I attended Computer Learning Center in Washington, DC. receiving my A+ Certification, I then participated in the Byte Back Digital Literacy Nonprofit in Washington, DC as an intern where I gained hands-on experience in computer repair and IT support. After which I relocated to Florida where I attended Miami Dade Colledge, earning a Vocational Certificate in Graphic Design. Now backed by recent certifications in Front-End Development (Meta), Word Press, and Data Analytics (AWS) . I seek to gain a Jr. Frontend Developer position in a collaborative remote role where I can Learn and use my troubleshooting skills to drive efficiency and contribute to user satisfaction. I've worked for several Fortune 500 companies In my professional career. Now my goal is to bridge the gap between enterprise IT customer support and modern Frontend Development. With a strong foundation as a Sr. SAS Help Desk Representative and other support, customer service, and other team lead positions during my career; I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems.
