By utilizing tools like Active Directory, databases, and mainframes, I help resolve technical issues promptly, enabling smooth and secure functionality for all internal users and external client users at State Street. With over 9 years in Support and Security Operations, I have gained a unique advantage in debugging, documentation, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users. I am dedicated to delivering efficient solutions, leveraging my expertise in support documentation, application support, and time management to contribute to an organization’s commitment to operational excellence.
